Payment Problems

If a deposit, withdrawal, or premium purchase did not behave as expected, send a report straight to staff:

/paymentsupport

Include what you tried and what happened. Staff can see the logs; you do not need to share private wallet details in public channels.

Game Suspensions and Appeals

If you have been suspended from hosting or joining games, the bot will tell you when the suspension lifts. If you believe it was a mistake, reach out to staff through the server's normal support channel and explain calmly. Staff review appeals case by case.

My withdrawal went to the wrong place Check your active payout wallet with `/payoutwallet`, then update it with `/setwallet`. If funds already left, file `/paymentsupport`.
A coin says it is unavailable A rail can be temporarily disabled for maintenance. Try another supported coin, or wait and try again later.
