Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By using the MiaCat Discord Bot ("MiaCat" or "the Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, stop using the Bot.
  • The Bot is operated by its developer for the SealStats Discord community. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean the MiaCat team.
  • These Terms are published at https://docs.miacat.ai/terms. Our Privacy Policy, published at https://docs.miacat.ai/privacy, explains what data the Bot collects and how it is used, and forms part of these Terms. Please read both.
  • The Bot runs on Discord. Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Developer Policy continue to apply to you and to the Bot, and these Terms never override them (see Section 24).

2. Who May Use the Bot

  • You must be 18 or older. The Bot handles cryptocurrency balances, payments and payouts, which are for adults only. By using the Bot you represent that you are at least 18. The Bot does not verify your age; it relies on your representation and on Discord's own minimum age. If we learn that a user is under 18, we remove that user's access to the Bot.
  • Lawful use. You agree to use the Bot in compliance with the laws that apply to you, including financial and cryptocurrency laws where you live, and not for unlawful, harmful or abusive purposes.
  • No circumvention. You will not try to circumvent security or anti-abuse measures, exploit bugs or vulnerabilities, or interfere with the Bot's operation.
  • Keys and credentials. The Bot never asks for private keys, seed phrases, passwords or exchange logins. Do not send them to the Bot or to anyone claiming to act for it. The only wallet information you give the Bot is a public payout address and, for XRP, a destination tag. You are responsible for the payout addresses you register: make sure they are yours and correct.
  • Where the Bot works. The Bot is built for the SealStats Discord server. MiaDrop giveaways and moderation features run only there.

3. Games and Giveaways

  • Entry is free. The Bot's games ("Games") are free-to-enter giveaways. Entering a Game never requires a purchase, payment, deposit, wager or entry fee. No purchase is necessary to enter or to win. Entering never puts your own funds at stake, and you cannot lose money by entering.
  • What the Games are. The Bot's Games include Kemeow (number picks), MiaDrop and its MiaCard variant (timed airdrops joined with a button), MiaShips, MiaMines, MiaTrivia, Plinkatto and Plinkatto Royale, Sen or No Sen, Wenner's Dilemma, CatnipGuesser, MiaRoyale, MiaChess, and the Bottomroll and RubyDice dice games. Some award cryptocurrency, some award MiaCoin (play money, see Section 6), and some award nothing.
  • Who funds prizes. Prizes are funded by the person hosting the Game from that host's own PurrPay balance or MiaCoin balance, or by us for Games hosted by senior staff. If you host a Game, Section 4 applies to you.
  • Premium is never required to play. Premium membership is never required to enter or win a Game. Premium lets members host certain Games (Section 10); it is not a condition of participation.
  • Provable fairness. Kemeow, MiaShips, MiaMines, Bottomroll and RubyDice use provably fair randomness. Kemeow publishes hashes of its hidden seeds before entries open, reveals the seeds when the Game ends, and posts a verification link (https://miacat.ai/verify) with each Game. MiaShips and MiaMines post their own verification links. The dice games let you set your own client seed and reveal the server seed with a command. You may check any result yourself.
  • No guarantee of winning. Outcomes are determined by the Bot's rules and, where used, provably fair randomness. There is no guarantee of winning any prize, and past results do not predict future outcomes.
  • Where prizes go. Cryptocurrency prizes are converted to your active payout coin at the current US dollar rate and sent to your registered payout wallet. If you have no wallet registered, if your share is below the minimum amount the Bot sends on-chain, or if the transfer fails, the amount is credited to your PurrPay balance instead, and you can withdraw it later (Section 9). Prizes are subject to Sections 7 to 9.
  • Games that pick participants from channel activity. Wenner's Dilemma and CatnipGuesser select participants from members who were recently active in the channel rather than from explicit entries. Selected members are named in the Game. In CatnipGuesser, the selected members' display names are sent to an image-generation service to create the round's picture. You never risk funds by being selected. If you do not want to be included, contact us (Section 26).
  • Fair play. To keep Games fair, the Bot deletes invalid or repeated entries and entries made while you are blocked from a Game, and can apply the other moderation actions described in Section 15.
  • Public records. Entering a Game publishes some information about you on our websites (Section 5).

4. Hosting Games

  • Who can host. Any member can host a MiaDrop. Members with an active premium membership can host Kemeow, MiaShips and MiaTrivia Games with real-currency prizes. MiaCoin Kemeow Games can be hosted only by staff and approved hosts. MiaMines, Plinkatto, Plinkatto Royale, Sen or No Sen, Wenner's Dilemma, CatnipGuesser and MiaRoyale can be started only by staff.
  • You fund the prize. When you host a Game with a real-currency prize, the full prize is taken from your PurrPay balance when the Game launches. Real-currency Games you host need a prize of at least $5. A MiaDrop needs at least $1; if you fund a MiaDrop with at least $0.50, we top it up to the $1 minimum, within daily and weekly limits per host. MiaCoin Games take the pot from your MiaCoin balance. Games hosted by senior staff may be funded from our own treasury.
  • Kemeow service fee. Kemeow withholds a service fee from real-currency prizes: 1.0% for prizes under $100 and 1.5% for prizes of $100 or more. Players compete for the amount after the fee. The fee covers the exchange and network costs of positioning payout funds. Other Games and MiaCoin Games carry no service fee.
  • Refunds to hosts. If a Game is cancelled or nobody enters, your full deposit, including any fee, is returned to your PurrPay balance. Once a Game completes, the prize is paid to the winners and the Kemeow fee is retained. Unwon MiaCoin is returned to you.
  • Hosts follow the same rules. Hosts are subject to the Game suspension rules in Section 15 and can be blocked from hosting.

5. Public Game Records and Websites

  • Fairness proofs. The fairness proof for each Kemeow and MiaShips Game is published so anyone can verify the result. A proof lists the Discord user IDs of everyone who entered, together with the seeds and the drawn numbers. Kemeow proofs can be retrieved through the verifier at https://miacat.ai/verify.
  • Result pages. Kemeow result pages at https://miacat.ai/kemeow/games show the host's name, the channel, the winners (with their Discord IDs masked), their payout amounts and transaction IDs. Result pages served from dashboard.miacat.ai show winners by Discord mention.
  • Replays. Kemeow replays at https://kemeow.miacat.ai show players' display names and their picks.
  • Suspension list. The list of active Game suspensions (member, scope, expiry and a short reason) is posted in a channel in the SealStats server.
  • Our websites. docs.miacat.ai hosts these Terms and the Privacy Policy; it has no accounts and sets no cookies. miacat.ai hosts the game verifier, the public game result pages and a ban-appeal form that collects your Discord ID, username and the reason for your appeal. kemeow.miacat.ai hosts game replays. dashboard.miacat.ai hosts staff tools behind a staff login and public pages for game results and proofs; staff logins record IP addresses.
  • Your agreement. By entering a Game you agree to this publication. These records are kept as part of the Game's record.

6. MiaCoin and MiaMarkets

  • Play money. MiaCoin is a play-money currency used in some Games, in the cosmetics shop and in MiaMarkets (play stock trading and prediction markets). MiaCoin has no monetary value. It cannot be bought with money and cannot be withdrawn, traded, sold or redeemed for anything outside the Bot.
  • How it is earned. MiaCoin is earned through a daily claim, Game wins, activity on the community's Kick stream once you link your Kick account (Section 13), and grants by staff.
  • Fees inside MiaMarkets. MiaMarkets trades carry a 1.5% MiaCoin fee that is removed from circulation. Purchases in the cosmetics shop also remove MiaCoin from circulation.
  • Our discretion. We may adjust, reset or remove MiaCoin balances, prices, cosmetics or features at any time without compensation.

7. Cryptocurrency and Payments

  • Accepted assets. The Bot currently handles Solana (SOL), USDC on Solana (SOLUSDC), XRP and Litecoin (LTC) for PurrPay balances, premium purchases, Game prizes and withdrawals. Additional assets may be enabled in the future; the Bot shows which assets are currently available. An asset can become temporarily unavailable while its network node is unreachable, and the Bot tells you when that happens. No other cryptocurrency is accepted.
  • Transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be undone. You accept full responsibility for transaction errors. Funds sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered.
  • Addresses. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the payout wallet addresses you register. The Bot checks only that an address has a valid format; it cannot tell whether the address belongs to you. For XRP, include the destination tag if your wallet requires one.
  • Exchange rates. Prices are quoted in US dollars and converted to cryptocurrency using market data at the time of the transaction. Rates move, so the value when you start a transaction can differ from the value when it completes.
  • Fees.
  • Blockchain network fees apply to deposits, withdrawals and payouts. They are set by the network, not by us.
  • The first time your PurrPay SOL wallet sends funds (for a Game, a MiaDrop, a premium purchase or a withdrawal), a one-time wallet-opening fee of $1.00, converted to SOL at the current rate, is added to that transaction.
  • A reserve of 0.002 SOL always stays in your SOL deposit wallet to keep it active. It is not spendable.
  • Kemeow hosts pay the service fee described in Section 4.
  • MiaSwap orders carry our referral code and an optional support fee (Section 11).
  • Apart from these, the Bot charges no fee of its own on deposits, withdrawals or payouts.
  • No identity verification. The Bot does not verify your identity or location. Your PurrPay account, balances and payouts are tied to your Discord user ID only.

8. PurrPay Balances and Custody

  • PurrPay is custodial. PurrPay is a balance the Bot holds for you so you can host Games, buy premium and receive prizes. The Bot creates and controls the deposit wallet or ledger balance for each user. The deposit addresses the Bot shows you are controlled by us, not by you.
  • SOL and USDC on Solana: each user has an individual deposit wallet whose keys the Bot controls. Your balance is the live on-chain balance of that wallet, less the reserve and any pending opening fee.
  • XRP: all deposits go to one XRP account we control. Your deposits are identified by the destination tag assigned to you. Always include your tag; the Bot uses it to match the deposit to you.
  • Litecoin: deposit addresses are created by Litecoin nodes we run, and your balance is an internal ledger credited after one confirmation.
  • What a balance is. Your PurrPay balance is a record of what we owe you. It is not a bank account and it is not insured. If our systems or wallets fail or are compromised, you could lose it. Do not keep more in PurrPay than you need for your next Game or purchase.
  • Accounts are automatic. A PurrPay account is created the first time you run /purrpay or a Game or purchase needs one.
  • Viewing and withdrawing. View your deposit addresses and balances with /purrpay and /purrpaybalance. Withdraw with /purrpaywithdraw at any time. Withdrawals go only to your registered payout wallet for the same coin (Section 9); you cannot type another destination. The Bot does not transfer funds between users.
  • Instant credit for trusted members. Members holding the Super Affiliate role receive instant credit for Litecoin deposits worth up to $50 before the first confirmation. The credit is reversed if the transaction is replaced before it confirms.
  • Staff access. Our staff can view your deposit address, balance, opening-fee status and payout profiles when handling payouts or support.

9. Payout Wallets and Withdrawals

  • Registering wallets. Register one payout address per supported coin with /setwallet, view them with /payoutwallet, remove them with /clearwallet and choose your active payout coin with /setactivecoin. Addresses are stored on the Bot's server and are visible to our staff when handling payouts or support.
  • Affiliate fallback. If you have no saved Solana wallet and you are a registered affiliate, the Solana address on your affiliate record is used for Solana payouts and withdrawals (Section 12). That record is maintained outside the Bot and can only be changed by contacting us.
  • Rate limits. Changes to your registered addresses are limited to 2 per hour. After 5 changes within 24 hours, further changes are locked until an administrator unlocks them.
  • Check your address. Payout addresses are public blockchain identifiers, so exposure of an address does not by itself put your funds at risk. What matters is that payouts go to an address you control. Check your registered address before Games and withdrawals.
  • How payouts work. Game prizes are converted to your active payout coin at the current US dollar rate and sent to your registered wallet. If you have no wallet registered, your share is below the minimum on-chain amount for that coin, or the transfer fails, the amount is credited to your PurrPay balance instead. An XRP payout to an address that has never been activated on the XRP Ledger must be at least 1 XRP.
  • Irreversible. Once a payout is confirmed on the blockchain it is irreversible. Discrepancies in amounts or addresses cannot be corrected after confirmation.
  • Network delays. We are not responsible for delays, failures or other issues on blockchain networks that prevent or delay a payout.
  • Fraud holds. Payouts are processed at our discretion and may be held if account activity appears fraudulent or violates these Terms.

10. Premium Membership

  • What premium is. Premium membership is tied to your Discord user ID. It lets you host Kemeow, MiaShips and MiaTrivia Games and lifts some usage limits, such as the hourly limit on the chat assistant and the rate limit on bonus-prediction tracking. Premium is never needed to enter or win a Game.
  • Buying it. Premium is purchased with cryptocurrency from your PurrPay balance (/buypremium), can be gifted to another member (/giftpremium), can be granted as a free trial (/premiumtrial), or can be granted by staff. Prices are set in US dollars, from $5 for 7 days to $120 for 366 days, and converted to cryptocurrency at the time of purchase. The minimum purchase is $4.91 and no single purchase above $120 is accepted.
  • Not transferable. Premium is not transferable. Gifting buys new time for the recipient; it does not move your own time.
  • Refunds. Premium is non-refundable. In particular, no refund is given where there is evidence of alternate-account use, where you joined Kemeows, MiaDrops, poker or giveaways during your premium time, or because you were suspended from a Game (premium is only a requirement for hosting, not for joining). Super Affiliate upgrades with paid time remaining receive a manual proration review. Any other exception is at our sole discretion, case by case. A failed or mis-sent transaction is not refunded unless we determine otherwise.
  • Trials. Free premium trials (/premiumtrial) last 4 days and are available to accounts that are at least 30 days old and were not created on the day they joined the server. Trial requests and grants are logged with your Discord user ID, display name and account dates. Trials may be limited in number and withdrawn at any time.
  • Expiry. The premium role is removed when your membership expires.

11. MiaSwap

  • What it is. MiaSwap lets you create a cryptocurrency exchange order with FixedFloat from a direct message to the Bot, using the /miaswap commands or by describing the swap in plain language. Plain-language swap requests are also recognised in support ticket channels.
  • Non-custodial. The Bot does not hold the funds you swap. You send them to the deposit address FixedFloat provides, and FixedFloat sends the result to the destination address you give.
  • FixedFloat's terms apply. Creating an order requires you to accept FixedFloat's terms of service. FixedFloat, not the Bot, executes the swap, sets its rates and carries out any compliance review of your order. FixedFloat's contact details are shown in the order.
  • Our referral code and support fee. Every order is created under our FixedFloat referral code, from which we earn a commission. You may add an optional support fee of up to 2% to your swap; it is paid to us.
  • Plain-language requests go to an LLM. A message in a direct message or ticket channel that reads as a swap request is interpreted by our LLM provider, including any wallet address in it, even if you did not mention the Bot.
  • Minimum size. Orders below a minimum value set by the Bot are refused.
  • Records. The Bot records your Discord user ID, username, display name, destination address, FixedFloat deposit address, order reference and transaction IDs in an audit log. An encrypted copy of the order token is kept for 14 days.
  • Our own use. We also use FixedFloat to rebalance the reserves we use for payouts.
  • Affiliate records. If you are an affiliate of the community's partner programs, an affiliate record is kept in our cloud database: your Discord user ID, Kick username and Kick ID, casino account usernames, Solana payout address and active status. These records are created and updated by us, not through the Bot.
  • How the Bot uses them. The Bot uses affiliate records to assign and remove the Active Affiliate and Super Affiliate roles, to grant premium to Super Affiliates, to show you your own record (/kickprofile), and as a fallback payout address when you have no Solana wallet registered.
  • Commissions. Affiliate commissions are not calculated or paid by the Bot. Any commission program is governed by the terms of the program that runs it.
  • Staff lookups. Staff and holders of certain server roles can look up a member's affiliate record, including Kick details and Solana address, with a command.
  • Referral links. The Bot posts links to partner casino sites on request and in reply to certain keywords. These links carry our referral code. They do not change the odds or outcome of any Game.
  • Removal and corrections. We may suspend or remove affiliate roles for fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms. To correct your record, contact us (Section 26).

13. Linked Accounts

  • PokerNow. To play in community poker tournaments you register your PokerNow profile with %register when registration is open. The Bot completes the registration over direct message, checks with PokerNow that the profile exists, and stores the pairing between your Discord user ID and your PokerNow ID together with a log of your registration replies. The pairing is reused for later tournaments and, when the feature is enabled, lets the Bot approve you automatically on the tournament host's side. The Bot also keeps a record of past tournaments you registered for. To change or remove your registration, contact staff.
  • Kick. You link your Kick account by signing in with Discord on the community's Kemeow Kick portal. The link between your Kick account and your Discord user ID is stored in the Bot's database so that MiaCoin earned on the Kick stream can be claimed in Discord. If you are an affiliate, your Kick username, Kick ID and stream payout address are also kept on your affiliate record and shown to you with /kickprofile. There is no self-service unlink; contact us to change or remove a link.

14. Messages, Direct Messages and AI Processing

  • The Bot reads messages. The Bot reads every message it can see in the servers it is in, and every direct message sent to it, to run commands, Games and moderation. This section explains what is kept and what is sent to language-model (LLM) providers. The providers are listed in Section 16.
  • Operational log. The Bot keeps an operational log of every message it can see, including direct messages to it, with the author's name and user ID, the channel and the message content. A staff dashboard indexes this log so staff can search recent history for moderation, support and troubleshooting. The operational log and the staff-searchable archive are kept for 30 days.
  • Chat assistant (SafeChat). When you mention the Bot in a channel where the assistant is enabled, or send it a direct message while direct-message chat is enabled, the Bot answers with an LLM. It stores your messages to it and its replies, plus a compacted summary of your earlier conversations, so it can keep context. Raw conversation messages are kept for 30 days; the summary is kept until you opt out or ask us to delete it. %mycontext shows you your stored summary and recent context.
  • What is sent to LLM providers.
  • Your message, together with your Discord username, display name, user ID and role names, when you talk to the assistant;
  • Images you attach to a message that mentions the Bot;
  • The message you replied to, and up to three of the most recent messages in the same channel from other members, so the reply fits the conversation;
  • The conversation in a support ticket, together with your PurrPay records, when you open a ticket in the PurrPay support category. This happens automatically when you first write in the ticket;
  • A message in a direct message or ticket channel that reads as a swap request, even if you did not mention the Bot (Section 11);
  • Text the Bot needs to interpret, such as a plain-language MiaDrop request, a reminder, or a link you ask it to clean;
  • Recent channel history when a staff member runs a summary command, or when a member runs the roast command, which uses a model on a server we operate;
  • Display names of participants in some Games (CatnipGuesser images, MiaRoyale narration);
  • Game suspension reasons typed by staff, which are rewritten by an LLM provider before they are stored (Section 15).
  • Game entries. Entry text you type in Games, such as number picks, is kept in the Game's records with your Discord user ID and display name.
  • Staff exports. A staff command can save a channel's message history to our server for moderation purposes. Such exports are deleted after 30 days.
  • Direct messages. Direct messages to the Bot are used for payment commands, MiaSwap, PokerNow registration and, when enabled, the chat assistant. The Bot reads every direct message it receives to route it to the right feature. Direct messages are included in the operational log and can be read by our team. Treat a direct message to the Bot as a message to our team, not as a private note.
  • Opting out. %optout stops the chat assistant from storing your conversations and context and deletes your stored SafeChat history. %optin turns storage back on. Opting out does not exclude your messages from the operational log, from being quoted as nearby context when someone else talks to the Bot in the same channel, or from staff summaries. It does not stop the Bot from processing a message in real time to reply to you.
  • No AI training. We do not use your messages, or any other Discord data, to train or fine-tune AI or machine-learning models. LLM providers process your messages only to generate the Bot's replies, under their own terms.
  • Sensitive information. Messages sent to LLM providers can contain wallet addresses, transaction details and other information you include. Do not include information you do not want processed by these providers.

15. Moderation and Anti-Fraud Actions

To keep Games fair and protect the community, the Bot takes the following actions, automatically or at staff direction: - Entry moderation. The Bot deletes invalid or repeated Game entries and entries made while you are blocked from a Game. If you re-post your picks in Kemeow after your entry is confirmed, the Bot warns you once and, on a further repeat, applies a ten-minute Discord timeout. In Sen or No Sen, repeated entry spam results in a sixty-second timeout. - Mass mentions. If you mass-mention members during a Kemeow entry phase, the Bot pauses your entry for a number of Games. The pause grows with repeat offences and decays over time. - Scam links. Messages containing links to known scam or phishing sites are flagged or deleted with a public warning. Staff receive an alert containing your name, user ID and up to 500 characters of the message. Links carrying a personal referral identifier are deleted and reposted without it, credited to you. - Alternate-account checks. The Bot records the results published by the server's verification bot (Double Counter), including its identifier strings. When Double Counter blocks or kicks an account, and on staff request, the Bot sends that account's Discord user ID to Doogle, a third-party alt-detection service, and posts the returned list of suspected alternate accounts and VPN indicators to a staff channel. - MiaDrop join telemetry. For each MiaDrop join the Bot records your account age, server tenure, join timing, reaction timing, payout wallet, wallet age and whether other members share your payout wallet, and computes a risk score. The score flags accounts for staff review; it never blocks a join or a payout by itself. Staff can review these records when investigating suspected abuse. - Rejoin detection. If you leave the server while holding a penalty role and rejoin, the Bot alerts staff and restores that role once you are verified. - Game suspensions. Staff can block you from hosting or joining some or all Games for a period. You are told once by direct message, with the reason, the expiry and the evidence relied on, such as your recent entries. The reason typed by staff is rewritten by an LLM provider before it is stored and shown to you. Each blocked attempt is recorded and the triggering message is deleted. The list of active suspensions is posted in a channel in the SealStats server (Section 5). You may appeal at the link shown in the notice (https://miacat.ai/appeals). A Game suspension does not freeze your PurrPay balance. - MiaDrop bans. Staff can bar you from MiaDrops separately from Game suspensions. - What the Bot does not collect. The Bot does not collect your IP address or device or network information. Only staff logins to the staff dashboard record IP addresses. - Separate from Discord moderation. These actions are separate from Discord's own moderation tools and from server bans by server staff.

16. Third-Party Services

The Bot relies on the following services. Each has its own terms and privacy policy, which also govern your data. We are not responsible for their outages, failures or security incidents. By using the Bot you consent to your data being sent to these services as described in these Terms. - Language models. Microsoft Azure OpenAI is the primary provider for the chat assistant, ticket triage, summaries and link cleaning. Cerebras parses short natural-language commands and rewrites moderation reasons. NanoGPT generates Game images from entrants' display names, generates trivia questions from Wikipedia text and, when enabled, performs web searches for the assistant. Anthropic is configured and is used only if staff switch the provider to it. One roast command uses a model hosted on a server we operate. - MiaServer. A second server we operate, the caretaker instance called MiaServer, receives messages from a staff channel for a staff assistant and keeps synchronised copies of the Bot's databases for that assistant's reference. The assistant uses language models hosted by NanoGPT; data it reads from those copies to answer a staff question may be included in what it sends to NanoGPT. MiaServer is part of "us" under these Terms and the Privacy Policy. - Safety and identity. Doogle receives Discord user IDs for alternate-account checks as described in Section 15. Double Counter's verification results are read from its messages in the server. urlscan.io receives links that staff submit manually for scanning. - Exchange. FixedFloat receives MiaSwap orders (Section 11) and the orders we place to rebalance our own payout reserves. - Blockchain networks. Solana RPC and XRP Ledger RPC endpoints provided by QuickNode receive wallet addresses and transactions for deposits, payouts and balances. The Bitcoin and Litecoin nodes are operated by us; their wallet labels contain the Discord user IDs of the users who own each deposit address. - Market and network data. Kraken's public API, Twelve Data, CoinAPI, Blockchair, Blockstream, mempool.space and BlockCypher supply prices and network statistics. Only asset symbols are sent to them, never your data. - Cloud database. Microsoft Azure Cosmos DB stores affiliate records, bonus codes, bonus-prediction records and website login records. - PokerNow. PokerNow receives the profile ID you register, to confirm it exists, and, when enabled, receives entrant approvals for tournaments. - Wikipedia. Wikipedia is fetched for trivia source text. No user data is sent. - Shuffle. A Shuffle.us affiliate list is fetched for a staff lookup command. - Casino sites. The Bot has no integration with Stake.com or other casino sites. It posts referral-coded links to them and stores casino account usernames inside affiliate records (Section 12).

17. Data Storage, Staff Access and Security

  • Where your data lives. The Bot stores data about you on its server (hosted on Microsoft Azure), in synchronised copies on MiaServer (Section 16) and, for affiliate records, bonus codes, bonus-prediction records and website login records, in Microsoft Azure Cosmos DB. This includes your Discord user ID, username, display name, roles, join date and account creation date; PurrPay balances, deposit and payout records and registered wallet addresses; Game entries, results, statistics and fairness proofs; chat-assistant history and the operational message log; premium and trial records; moderation, suspension and anti-fraud records; and any PokerNow or Kick account you link. The Privacy Policy sets out each category, its purpose and its retention.
  • Retention. The operational log and the staff-searchable message archive are kept for 30 days. Chat-assistant messages are kept for 30 days, and the compacted summary until you opt out or ask for deletion. Game, payment, moderation and anti-fraud records are kept as long as needed for their purpose; payment records are kept for as long as they are needed for financial audit and dispute resolution.
  • Staff access. Our staff use the Bot to view your PurrPay balances, registered wallets, Game records, premium status, linked accounts and suspension history when providing support or investigating abuse; to search the operational message log; to summarise or export a channel's history for moderation; and to run alternate-account checks. Staff access is limited by role, and alternate-account lookups and dashboard logins are logged.
  • Your data. You can see your own data with %mycontext, /payoutwallet, /purrpaybalance, /kickprofile and /checkpremium, control chat storage with %optout and %optin, and remove your payout wallets with /clearwallet. For access to, correction of, export of or deletion of other data, contact us (Section 26); we respond within 30 days. After deletion we keep payment and blockchain records, moderation records needed for enforcement, and aggregated statistics. Data about you may also be held by Discord and by the third parties in Section 16 under their own policies.
  • Security. Wallet keys and exchange order tokens are stored encrypted. Other data on the Bot's server is protected by access controls limited to us and our staff tools. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee protection against every attack.
  • Security incidents. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify affected users and Discord promptly, as required by applicable law and Discord's Developer Terms, and tell you what steps to take.

18. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: - Use the Bot for money laundering, sanctions evasion or other illegal financial activity - Use alternate or shared accounts to enter a Game or claim a prize more than once, or to evade a Game suspension - Exploit Game mechanics, fairness proofs or blockchain transactions for fraudulent gain - Spam Game entries, mass-mention members during a Game or otherwise disrupt Games - Move funds on behalf of others through the Bot, or use it for commercial purposes, without our authorisation - Use the Bot in violation of the financial or cryptocurrency laws of your jurisdiction - Reverse, hack or manipulate transactions processed through the Bot - Exploit vulnerabilities, or circumvent rate limits, suspensions or other security measures - Use self-bots, user-bots or automation to interact with the Bot - Post links to scam or phishing sites in the servers the Bot moderates

19. Limitation of Liability

  • The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any damages, losses or liabilities arising from your use of the Bot, including:
  • Financial losses from cryptocurrency transactions, PurrPay balances, premium purchases, Game hosting or payouts
  • Irreversible cryptocurrency transfers or transaction errors
  • Data loss, theft or unauthorised access
  • Third-party service failures or outages, including exchanges and blockchain networks
  • Regulatory or legal consequences of using the Bot in your jurisdiction
  • This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, in which case this clause may not apply to you.

20. Assumption of Risk

  • Cryptocurrency transactions, custodial balances and third-party financial services carry inherent risks, including loss of funds. You assume full responsibility for these risks and agree that we, our staff and affiliated parties are not liable for losses resulting from them.
  • PurrPay balances are held by us on your behalf and are not insured. You accept the risk that our wallets or systems could fail or be compromised.
  • You are responsible for understanding how cryptocurrency transactions work before depositing, hosting a Game, buying premium or withdrawing funds.

21. Suspension and Termination

  • We may suspend or end your access to the Bot at any time, including for:
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Regulatory or legal concerns
  • Violation of Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Harmful or abusive behaviour
  • Being under 18
  • A Game suspension does not freeze your PurrPay balance; you can still withdraw it with /purrpaywithdraw to your registered wallet.
  • If your access to the Bot is ended or you can no longer use its commands, contact us (Section 26) with your Discord user ID. We will send any remaining balance to your registered wallet within a reasonable time, provided the balance is above the minimum on-chain amount for that coin and the request is not connected to fraud under investigation.

22. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are posted at https://docs.miacat.ai/terms with a new "Last updated" date.
  • We announce significant changes in the SealStats server.
  • Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted is acceptance of the new Terms.

23. Disclaimers

  • Legal status. Cryptocurrency and giveaway laws vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether use of the Bot is legal where you live. We do not verify identity or location.
  • Not financial advice. The Bot shows cryptocurrency prices and network statistics, runs play-money prediction markets and stock trading in MiaCoin, which has no monetary value, and offers casino bonus-prediction tools for entertainment only. None of this is financial or investment advice.
  • Market volatility. Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile. The value of any cryptocurrency, including a PurrPay balance or a prize, can change dramatically and suddenly. Past performance does not indicate future results.
  • Affiliate relationships. We earn referral commissions from FixedFloat on MiaSwap orders created through the Bot, and you may choose to add a support fee to a swap that goes to us. The Bot also posts referral and bonus links for partner sites on request. These relationships do not change the prices or outcomes of Games.

24. Relationship to Discord and Reporting Issues

  • The Bot operates on Discord and is subject to Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Developer Policy. These Terms supplement Discord's and never override them. If these Terms conflict with Discord's, Discord's prevail.
  • If you believe the Bot, or someone using it, is misusing it or breaking these Terms, report it by opening a support ticket in the SealStats server or by emailing us (Section 26). We review reports and act on them.
  • You may also report the Bot to Discord through Discord's own reporting tools.

25. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; disputes should first be raised with us in good faith.
  • You remain responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction on cryptocurrency, giveaways and financial services.
